Booths arrive assembled. Bigger pods, planned with you.
Our phone booths are ready stock and travel fully assembled, wrapped and strapped to a pallet — no panels to build and no fitter to wait for. For the Focus Work Capsule and the meeting pods, we confirm the delivery format, date and route in with you on the call.

How it works
- Send your basket. We call you within 10 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 UK time).
- We check access together. Door and lift sizes, stairs, floor, ceiling height and where the pod will stand.
- We agree a date and delivery format. Phone booths arrive assembled on a pallet; for larger pods we confirm how they arrive before anything is booked.
- Unwrap, position, plug in. The phone booth plugs into a standard wall socket.
Before delivery day
- Measure every door, corridor and lift on the route from the entrance to the final position — the assembled phone booth is 105 × 105 cm and 224 cm tall.
- Tell us about steps, stairs or narrow turns.
- Check the ceiling above the spot: our pods are 220–224 cm tall.
- Choose a spot within reach of a wall socket, with room for the door to open fully.
- Keep fire routes and corridors clear, and keep the pod out of the clear zone around smoke detectors.

Delivery questions
Is the pod assembled when it arrives?
The Solo Phone Booth and Solo Work Pod arrive in one piece, protected with film and bubble wrap on a pallet, with the stool packed inside. For the Focus Work Capsule and the meeting pods, we confirm the delivery format on the call.
Do I need an electrician?
The phone booth plugs into a standard wall socket. If there's no socket near where you want it, talk to your building manager first. For the larger pods, we confirm the power supply on the call.
What if it won't fit through a door?
