Office pod FAQs
What sizes do you sell?
All sizes are external width × length × height. Solo Phone Booth: 105 × 105 × 224 cm (1 person); Focus Work Capsule: 126 × 160 × 220 cm (1 person); Meeting Pod 1–4: 126 × 220 × 220 cm (1–4 people); Meeting Pod 1–7: 250 × 220 × 220 cm (1–7 people). The Solo Work Pod's size is confirmed on the call. Our office pod sizes page compares them in cm and feet.
How quickly will you contact me?
We call you back within 10 minutes (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 UK time). Requests outside these hours are called first thing the next working day. You'll also get the details by email.
Why don't I pay online?
Every office is different, so we check access, placement and delivery with you first. Add pods to your basket to see the price, leave your phone and email, and we confirm everything on the call before you pay.
Are the pods really in stock?
Pods marked “In stock” — our phone booth and Solo Work Pod — are finished units, not made to order, so there is no factory lead time. For models marked “Ask about availability” we confirm stock and lead time on the call.
Does the pod arrive assembled?
The Solo Phone Booth and Solo Work Pod arrive fully assembled and protected on a pallet — plug them into a standard wall socket and they're ready to use. For the Focus Work Capsule and the meeting pods we confirm the delivery format and date on the call.
Can I use your pods outdoors?
No. Our pods are for indoor use only — see our indoor home office pods. If you're looking for a garden office, you need an outbuilding designed for outdoor use.
How much noise does a pod block?
Our phone booth is rated at 38–40 dB of sound insulation — the manufacturer's stated figure — with double-glazed tempered safety glass in the door. The phone booth, Focus Work Capsule and both meeting pods are lined with acoustic panels rated NRC 0.95.
What's the difference between dB and NRC?
A dB figure for a pod describes sound insulation: how much quieter speech is outside the pod than inside. NRC (noise reduction coefficient, 0 to 1) describes how much sound the interior panels absorb rather than reflect, which cuts echo inside. A high NRC does not mean a pod blocks that share of sound.
What's inside the phone booth?
The Solo Phone Booth and Solo Work Pod have motion-sensor LED lighting, active air circulation, an integrated desk with a wireless charging pad and a power socket, a carpeted floor and upholstered acoustic wall panels. For the Focus Work Capsule and meeting pods, we confirm the fit-out on the call.
What warranty do you give?
The phone booth, Focus Work Capsule and both meeting pods come with a 1-year warranty.
Will it fit through my doors and into the lift?
Send us your door and lift sizes when you request your basket and we'll check them on the call before delivery. The fit checker and our guide on how to measure for an office pod show what to measure.
Are prices shown with VAT?
The basket shows each price excluding VAT and the total including VAT at 20%.
