Privacy notice

When you send a basket or request a callback we collect your phone number and email address, plus any name, company, postcode, timescale, message and basket contents you choose to give. We use them only to contact you about your request — including a confirmation email — and, if you buy, to arrange delivery.

Our lawful basis is taking steps you have asked us to take before a possible contract, such as calling you back and giving you a price. That's why there is no consent box: you asked us to get in touch. We don't send marketing unless you separately ask for it.

With your request we also record which page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source). This is held in your browser for the current visit only — no cookies — and helps us see which pages bring enquiries.

If you add extra details after sending a request — such as your delivery postcode, door and lift sizes, ceiling height, floor level or the best time to call — we add them to that request and use them in the same way.

We keep this information only as long as needed for that purpose and do not sell it. Your basket, and any measurements you enter in our fit checker, are stored only in your own browser — they reach us only if you send a request. Measurements from the fit checker appear in your request form's message box, where you can edit or remove them before sending.
