About the Meeting Pod 1–4
The Meeting Pod 1–4 gives a small team an enclosed, quiet room for stand-ups, one-to-ones, interviews and hybrid calls, without building a meeting room.
Its 126 × 220 cm footprint takes 2.77 m² of floor, and it stands 220 cm tall. The photo shows it set up with a meeting table and four chairs; we confirm exactly what's included on the call.
Acoustic wall panels rated NRC 0.95 absorb sound inside the pod, which keeps voices clear on calls. It is designed for indoor use only and comes with a 1-year warranty.

How many people fit in the Meeting Pod 1–4?

How big is it?
126 cm wide, 220 cm long and 220 cm tall (4 ft 2 in × 7 ft 3 in × 7 ft 3 in). It takes 2.77 m² of floor space. Our guide to meeting pod sizes compares it with other 4-person pods.

How is it delivered?
We confirm the delivery format, date and access route with you on the call, before anything is booked.
Does a meeting pod need Building Regulations approval?
It can. Building-standards consultancy Sweco's guidance is that a fully enclosed pod brought into an office counts as a material alteration. Our guide to office pods and Building Regulations covers fire, ventilation and access.
How much ventilation does a four-person pod need?
Sweco's guidance for enclosed pods is 10 litres per second per person, or 1 litre per second per m² of floor, whichever is more — so at least 40 l/s for four people. Ask us for the pod's ventilation details on the call.
Can I put it outdoors?
No. It is for indoor use only. It comes with a 1-year warranty.
