About the Meeting Pod 1–7
The Meeting Pod 1–7 is our largest pod: room for up to seven people around a boardroom-style table, for team meetings, client calls and workshops.
It measures 250 × 220 cm (5.50 m² of floor) and stands 220 cm tall. At 250 cm wide, access needs planning, so we confirm the delivery format and the route in with you on the call before anything is booked.
Inside, acoustic wall panels rated NRC 0.95 absorb sound so voices stay clear. It is designed for indoor use only and comes with a 1-year warranty. The photo shows it set up with a boardroom table and chairs; we confirm what's included on the call.

How many people fit in the Meeting Pod 1–7?
Up to seven people around a boardroom-style table — so a team of six is well within its capacity.
How big is it?
250 cm wide, 220 cm long and 220 cm tall (8 ft 2 in × 7 ft 3 in × 7 ft 3 in). It takes 5.50 m² (59.2 sq ft) of floor space.
Will it fit through my doors?
At 250 cm wide, access needs planning. We confirm the delivery format and the route in with you on the call — have your door, corridor and lift sizes ready. Our guide on how to measure for an office pod lists what to measure.
How much ventilation does a seven-person pod need?
Sweco's guidance for enclosed pods is 10 litres per second per person, or 1 litre per second per m² of floor, whichever is more — so at least 70 l/s for seven people. Ask us for the pod's ventilation details on the call.
Is the furniture included?
The photo shows the pod with a boardroom table and chairs. We confirm exactly what's included on the call.
Can I put it outdoors?
No. It is for indoor use only. It comes with a 1-year warranty.
